Corrections Policy
We want every article on Frontline Earth to be accurate. When it isn't, we fix it and say so.
Reporting an error
If you believe something on the site is factually incorrect, outdated, or missing important nuance, please use the contact page and include the article title or URL and a short description of the issue, ideally with a source.
How we evaluate reports
We check the reported issue against our existing sources and, where needed, additional institutional sources (see Sources & Methodology). We distinguish between genuine factual errors, outdated information, and legitimate scientific disagreement — the last of these is addressed by explaining the different views, not by picking one as definitively correct.
How we make corrections
- Factual errors are corrected directly in the article text.
- Material corrections (those that change a key claim, figure, or conclusion) update the article's "last reviewed" date.
- Minor corrections (typos, formatting, broken links) may be fixed without a date change.
What we don't do
We don't silently delete or rewrite published claims without correcting the underlying error, and we don't remove accurate information because it is inconvenient or unpopular.
